How to use a pic or video as web cam
Well this is a question most people have. mostly when chatting in Omegle. The simplest way is to install Web Cam Max. After install it you can,
- Put a image as the web cam
- Put another video as webcam
- Put a video stream of your desktop
- Put video effects to your webcam
